Can we pick up the stock from the Store?
Yes you can. But you must first contact The Tackle Team (see contact us) and order what you want so that we may have it ready. You do not pay postage and handling if you pick up from the store. Fax ordering is the way to go here. Print your order and fax it through on: 61 0011 07 54997732.
Can we copy items and pictures on the web site?�NO

What happens if you do not have the product I order?
We will offer a substitute product at no extra charge but will always contact you first. Sometimes packaging and colours will change from suppliers without notice to us. If we are out of stock we will contact you with the expected time of arrival of the new stock and an approximate shipping date. Communication is the key and we will keep you informed.
Do you keep records of our contact details and credit cards?
NO! We do not get or keep your credit card details at any time. That is why we use Paypal and Pay Post for security purposes. YES! We do keep your information including address and email particulars for future reference so that we can inform you monthly of our specials to registered members. The saving to registered members is considerable. We NEVER give your details to anyone else or any company for any purpose. You may opt out at any time.
Can we send in some photos to put on the web site?
YES you can and we welcome our customers sending in photos to show off to members all over the world. To forward photos to us please email to: sales@thetackleteam.com.au Please Note: We do not put pictures of big numbers of dead fish on the website because we support sustainable and sensible fishing. A few fish at most is what we are looking for. Always add details as to where you caught the fish and what type of fish it is, along with the name of the angler.
